446 girls from four public schools in Gulele Sub City are tutored 6 times per week in English, Math, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology
Educational and psychosocial support to ensure girls pass a mandatory entrance examinations to secondary school.
Tutorial girls also participate in a Life Skills Program.
For every year a girl stays in school she will increase her income by 10% and invest 90% of that back into her family.
Adolescent girls miss up to 20% of their education because of menstruation. We provide free sanitary pads to all girls to keep them in school.

Adey Abeba - an indigenous Ethiopian flower.. This yellow flower is often displayed to mark the start of the Ethiopian New Year in September, a time of celebration. Ethiopians consider the color yellow a symbol of peace, hope, and love.
